  • Practitioner discretion

We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

3. Results & Expectations

Individual results vary between clients.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and no treatment offered is intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.

All treatments are aesthetic or wellness-focused unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • Payment is currently taken on the day of treatment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Any promotional offers are subject to specific terms

5. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee

  • Missed appointments may also be charged

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted future bookings

6. Medical Disclosure

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during consultation.

Failure to disclose relevant medical history may affect treatment safety and outcomes.
